I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the value for money was outstanding, especially considering the attention to detail and the fantastic views from the private location on the mountain. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated the option for a minibar in the room, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. the breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the effort put into the variety and quality of the food. the location was perfect as there was a nearby water park that was free for hotel guests. It was great for cooling down after a long day of exploring the area.

We had some issues with the room. the WiFi in our room was very slow, which made it difficult to stay connected to the internet.

They were incredibly helpful when my daughter fell ill, providing clean linens and offering much-needed support. Additionally, their attention to detail was impeccable - from drying our wet ski gear overnight to providing a welcome card that included free bus rides to Innsbruck. The location of this hotel is simply breathtaking, situated in a private area on the mountain with panoramic views that will leave you in awe. The basic amenities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread was delicious and varied. We were also delighted to find that our room came with a balcony, allowing us to soak in the stunning surroundings.

Had a wonderful city trip and couldn't have chosen a better hotel. Loved how the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast spread had a variety of options to fit everyone's tastes. The location was great as we were able to easily walk to all the key attractions and restaurants in the area.

The room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was still comfortable enough for us. , the front desk seemed a bit understaffed during peak hours, which led to longer wait times.
